On 9th November there is the feast of the Dedication of the Archbasilica of the Most Holy Saviour, which is a II-class feast of the Lord. So I think, according to rubrics (cf. Tomus alter, Rubricae generales, caput III, 16 a): "festum Domini I aut II classis, in dominica II classis occurens, locum tenet ipsius dominicae cum omnibus iuribus et privilegiis: de dominica, proinde, nulla fit commemoratio."), in that day it must be celebrated the feast of the Lateran basilica, without commemoration of the Sunday.
