Feast of Christ the King

This week is the twentieth after Pentecost, but on the Sunday, this is displaced by the feast of Christ the King in the 1962 calendar (note that the in Novus Ordo, this feast has been moved to the last Sunday of the liturgical year).  The feast is actually of very recent origins, being established by Pius XI in 1925.

In addition, Saturday is the feast of All Saints, and you can find the details on how to celebrate it in the Office in the Ordo for November.

The Office this week in summary (Benedictine 1962 General Calendar)
